All property agents registered with MahaRERA, along with unregistered agents, are required to obtain MahaRERA certification by September 1 2023 in order to continue practicing, as per a recent order from the regulatory agency.
Out of the total 423 real estate agents who participated in the first-ever certification examination conducted by Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA), 405 have successfully passed the test.
